1. Custom Orders
No refunds or returns are accepted for custom-made products once production has started, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
2. Standard Products
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for non-customized, unused items in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the product is defective.
3. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and a description.
Approved cases will receive a replacement or refund at our discretion.
4. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of payment. After this period, cancellations are subject to production status and may not be allowed.
