1. Custom Orders

  • No refunds or returns are accepted for custom-made products once production has started, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

2. Standard Products

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for non-customized, unused items in their original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the product is defective.

3. Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and a description.

  • Approved cases will receive a replacement or refund at our discretion.

4. Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of payment. After this period, cancellations are subject to production status and may not be allowed.
